I have successfully led large-scale network transformations, overseen technology integration during major mergers and acquisitions, and managed complex programs and vendor sourcing initiatives. My track record is defined by delivering structure, speed, and accountability to challenging projects, enabling organisations to achieve significant milestones and long-term success.
My career includes senior leadership roles with multinational telecom operators, such as Group CTO, regional CTO, Chief Procurement Officer, and large-scale programme director. I bridge strategy and execution by aligning technology with business objectives, managing multi-billion-euro CAPEX and OPEX portfolios, negotiating major vendor contracts, and delivering results through cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Key achievements include integrating multi-country operations following PPF's acquisition of Telenor assets in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting and co-leading the Wind-Three merger in Italy, and leading group technology strategy and procurement at scale. These initiatives demonstrate a strong record of delivering strategic value.
My approach is pragmatic. Many large telecom programmes fail due to poor execution discipline. I offer expertise in making difficult trade-offs, holding vendors accountable, and aligning multinational teams in complex political and operational environments, consistently delivering results.
